Cupping Therapy
I also specialize in cupping therapy, which promotes circulation, detoxification, and muscle tension relief.
Options Available:
- Dry Cupping: Cups are left in place for 10-15 minutes.
- Sliding Cupping: Cups are gently moved along muscles to release tightness.
Cupping therapy may cause mild redness or bruising, which is a normal part of the process. Please note this therapy is not recommended if you have high blood pressure or take medication for it.
