About me: Traditional Chinese massage therapist, professionally trained and experienced in delivering expert traditional Chinese massage (TCM), Tui-Na. However, I incorporate other Eastern and Western massage techniques to deliver my own style of massage. My massage will be one of the best massages you have ever had. Your body and mind will understand immediately when I put my hands and feet on you or sometimes my special tools, that you are in the hands of a trained professional masseuse and that you are about to have a high-quality massage experience unlike you have probably never had before.

Back, Neck, Shoulders, Face and Scalp — A massage specially designed for “Office Athletes.”
Deep Tissue Massage — Either total body or focusing on specific areas of pain and tension.
Prenatal Massage — This is all about relief and nurturing touch for you, and giving your baby the best possible environment to grow and develop in.
Sports Massage — Loosen your muscles, improve flexibility (I can help you stretch), and increase blood circulation before or after an event or workout.
Trigger Point Therapy — Applying pressure to tender muscle tissue considered “trigger points,” (knots, lumps, or muscle fibres causing pain).
